How did you get into kiteing/Winging?

I come from a sailing background and kiting is simply that…sailing, with a lot more freedom of expression.  Speed, freestyle, creativity are all things that drew me to it along with the racing aspects from time to time.  I wanna go fast!  I got into surf foiling in 2018 and winging to me seemed like never ending surf foiling, plus the ability to do airs, tricks, and race. 

What is your favorite trick?

Wing – flacka / Kite Foiling – around the world.

What motivated you to become a professional athlete?

I love pushing myself every single session.  I’m always out to learn something new and above all, have fun!  The professional part of it was almost an accident, overall, it’s just fun!

What is #LiveFreeRideFree for you?

Disconnecting from the everyday life and having fun on the water, knowing that I’m riding the best and most trusted equipment available.
