Ancor Sosa Kather

Ancor Sosa is a professional wingfoil rider from Fuerteventura, Canary Islands, whose passion for wind and water has taken him from the beaches of the Canary Islands to some of the world’s biggest international competitions. Known for his explosive style, competitive mindset, and passion for pushing the limits, Ancor has quickly established himself as one of the most promising young riders in the sport while representing Cabrinha on the world stage.

Having started surfing at just 3 years old, windsurfing at 6, kitesurfing at 11 and wingfoiling at 12, Ancor has spent most of his life surrounded by the ocean. His dedication has led him to compete internationally in freestyle, race and wave, achieving strong results at World Tour level and becoming Spanish Champion.

Beyond competition, Ancor is passionate about travelling, creating content and sharing his lifestyle with the growing wingfoil community. Whether he is chasing the best conditions, competing against the world’s top riders, developing new equipment or inspiring the next generation, Ancor is driven by one goal: to keep progressing, pushing the limits and enjoying every moment on the water.
