Key Features

AERIAL TRICKERY

Symmetrical tip and tail shape and centre bottom channels give excellent pop off the water and control while in the air. Whether you opt for technical spins or big strapless airs, the X:breed sticks to your feet like no other.

WIDE TAIL

The unique shape and outline of the Method tail provides early getup and go with increased speed and edge holding ability when riding. This helps increase the ‘pop’ when going for strapless airs.

FLOW CHANNEL

The central flow channel which starts at the mid point of the bottom of the board and increases in definition towards the tail, helps with grip as well as lowering the rocker line in the tail of the board to help in early planing and speed.

ISO FLEX CONSTRUCTION

Inspired by nature from the oceanic Isopoda family, strategically placed materials, fused within a lightweight fiberglass sandwich construction, allow the board to flex during riding and turns, but still remain durable for the rigors that kiting imposes.

DAKINE DECK PAD

Made from Dakine Friendly Foam biodegradable EVA, the full deck traction pad has been designed purely with foiling in mind. Low Profile corduroy grooving provides the perfect blend of comfort and traction and the cutouts have been placed in the locations where extra grip is needed.

LOOSE THE STRAPS

A dedicated strapless board, the Flare calls for riders to experience and explore the endless performance attributes of the board through various foot placements.
