The Role
We're looking for a Field Sales Associate to support our regional sales team across an assigned European territory. This role is heavy on the road, running consumer and shop-sponsored demo events, visiting B2B dealer accounts, training shop staff, and providing hands-on customer service. You'll also handle daily order management for the region. This is an active, outdoor, customer-facing role for someone who genuinely rides and wants to share that passion with others. You'll report to the Regional Sales Manager.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily order processing and administration for the region
- Plan and run consumer and shop-sponsored demo events, including full event setup, tents, flags, seating, tables, displays, and demo equipment
- Visit B2B dealer shops to train employees on product features, benefits, and selling points
- Solicit sales and provide direct, hands-on customer service during demo events and shop visits
- Demonstrate kitesurfing, wing foiling, and foil sports to customers and dealers; build toward demonstrating parawing
- Assess individual customer ability and comfort level, and match equipment and coaching accordingly
- Assess local weather and water conditions to ensure safe demo practice
- Travel by car and plane throughout the assigned territory as needed
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of B2B and/or consumer sales and customer service experience in watersports, or other directly applicable experience
- Active, hands-on rider able to demonstrate kitesurfing, wing foiling, and foil sports, with willingness and ability to learn and demonstrate parawing
- Advanced knowledge of product features, benefits, and how basic product design principles affect performance
- Ability to assess a customer's skill level and limits, and to judge local weather and water conditions for safe practice
- Fluent English and German required; Dutch strongly preferred; additional European languages a plus
- Valid driver's license required
- Willingness to travel approximately 25–35% of the time, via car and plane
- Comfortable working outdoors and in and on the water in varied conditions
- Physically able to carry and set up event equipment daily, including tents, flags, seating, tables, displays, and multiple pieces of demo gear
