Shipping Policy

Standard shipping rates apply to orders shipped within the continental United States, United Kingdom and supported European countries. Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and order requirements.

Oversized or specialist items may incur additional freight charges. Where additional charges apply, the customer will be contacted and the charges authorized prior to shipment.

All shipments are F.O.B. Cabrinha Kites – Adventure Sports USA, where applicable. Any freight damage is the responsibility of the carrier and must be claimed with an agent of that carrier.

Cabrinha Kites – Adventure Sports USA will assist with freight claims provided that all required supporting documentation is supplied. When filing a claim, documentation may include a receiving document signed by the customer with a brief description of the damage, photographs of the damaged packaging and/or goods, and a copy of the proof of purchase showing the value of the items being claimed.

Please inspect each parcel thoroughly upon delivery for any damage to the packaging or goods. Where possible, ask the courier or driver to remain while you inspect your shipment and ensure that any visible damage is noted on the bill of lading, waybill or other delivery documentation. Claims submitted without the required supporting documentation may be denied by the carrier.

Order Processing

Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days, depending on product availability.

Cabrinha Kites – Adventure Sports USA reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within three business days.

Cabrinha ships to customers in the continental United States, United Kingdom and selected European countries.

Available shipping methods and applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier service and product availability.
