    Cabrinha Giveaway

    Please read the terms below before entering the competition.

    1. Promoter

    This competition is organised and promoted by Cabrinha,
    8800 NW 13th Terrace,
    Miami, FL 33172,
    United States.

    2. Eligibility

    • This competition is open only to legal residents aged 18 years or over of the United States, United Kingdom, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Ireland, and France.
    • Employees of Cabrinha, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
    • The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residency before awarding the prize.
    • Void where prohibited by law.

    3. Competition Period

    • The competition opens on 8 May 2026.
    • The competition closes on 30 June 2026 at 11:59 PM EST.
    • Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.

    4. How to Enter

    To enter, participants must complete the official competition entry form at:

    www.cabrinha.com/pages/competition-sign-up

    • No purchase is necessary to enter.
    • Only one entry per person is permitted.
    • Participants must provide their name, email address, country, and selected sport category. Participants may optionally choose to subscribe to Cabrinha marketing emails.
    • Automated, bulk, script-generated, or third-party entries will be disqualified.

    5. Prize

    • One winner will receive a Cabrinha voucher valued at €300 EUR.
    • The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
    • The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
    • The voucher may be used only on www.cabrinha.com, subject to product availability.
    • The voucher cannot be exchanged, resold, or partially redeemed for cash.
    • Shipping charges, duties, taxes, and any additional purchase costs are the responsibility of the winner.

    6. Winner Selection & Notification

    • The winner will be selected at random by computerized draw within 7 days of the competition closing date.
    • The winner will be contacted using the email address provided at entry.
    • If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
    • The Promoter’s decision is final.

    7. Publicity

    • By entering, participants agree that the Promoter may announce the winner’s first name and country unless prohibited by applicable law.

    8. Data Protection

    Cabrinha, located at 8800 NW 13th Terrace, Miami, FL 33172, United States, is the data controller for the personal data collected in connection with this competition.

    Cabrinha processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including EU GDPR and UK GDPR where applicable.

    • Data collected may include name, email address, country of residence, selected sport category, and entry details.
    • Personal data is used for competition administration, winner selection, prize fulfilment, and, where participants choose to opt in, marketing communications.
    • Participants who choose to subscribe may receive Cabrinha marketing communications. Marketing consent may be withdrawn at any time using the unsubscribe link included in emails.
    • Personal data may be processed by third-party service providers including Klaviyo for email communications and competition administration.
    • As Cabrinha is based in the United States, personal data may be transferred internationally. Appropriate safeguards are used where legally required.
    • Competition entry data will be retained for up to 6 months after the competition closes for administration and winner verification purposes. Participants who choose to subscribe to marketing communications will remain on Cabrinha’s marketing list until they unsubscribe.
    • Participants may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability rights where applicable under law.
    • EU participants may lodge complaints with their local data protection authority.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for technical failures, internet disruptions, delayed or unsuccessful entries, or other issues outside its reasonable control.
    • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by law.

    10. Disqualification

    The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

    • breaches these Terms & Conditions,
    • provides false or misleading information,
    • uses fraudulent or automated entry methods, or
    • acts in a way that may damage the fairness or integrity of the competition.

    11. General

    • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition where reasonably necessary.
    • These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in the participant’s country of residence apply.
    • Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights available under applicable local law.
    • If translated, the English version shall prevail in case of inconsistency except where local law requires otherwise.
