How did you get into kiteboarding?
When I was younger, I watched my mother sail and loved to sit on the beach counting the kites in the sky, having fun and dreaming about it. I begged her to take me to kite lessons, until one day she agreed and took me to a school here in Preá, I remember it like it was yesterday; it was one of the happiest days of my life, the moment that got me hooked on this total freedom.

What is your favorite trick?
It's hard to choose just one, but my favorite is the Doobie loop tic-tac.

What motivated you to become a professional athlete?
What motivated me to become a pro athlete was the day I saw the kitesurfing world championship here in Preá, all that excitement, the crazy vibe of the crowd, and the riders soaring high made me think, 'I want this in my life forever!' It was the spark that led me to intense training.
